The Studio
Pure Creative Art Studio is an independent creative studio focusing on design, illustration, and animation. What began as a few freelance design projects has grown into a space for both client work and personal creative exploration.
We partner with individuals, small businesses, and organizations to create thoughtful visual work — from digital designs and illustrations to animation and visual storytelling.
Each project is approached with curiosity and care, balancing creativity with clear communication and intentional design. Whether developing a brand asset, creating an illustration, or experimenting through personal projects, the goal is always the same: to create work that feels meaningful, engaging, and visually strong.
Meet the Founder
Kalyn Simmons is the Creative Director and Founder of Pure Creative Art Studio. She's a multi-talented and driven design professional with 10 years of experience, leveraging her ability to conceptualize and deliver high-quality designs based on client needs. Her passion for art started at a young age, and over time her skills progressed from traditional art to graphic design.

Throughout her career, Kalyn has worked in various industries using her expertise to create visually appealing and functional designs that effectively communicate the intended message. Additionally, her strong communication and organizational skills, coupled with being punctual and detail-oriented, have allowed her to build strong relationships with clients.

She received a Bachelor's degree in Media, Arts & Design from James Madison University and shortly after completed a Post-Baccalaureate Graphic Design Certificate from George Mason University.

Kalyn is passionate about her work and strives to achieve the best possible results. As she continues to grow on her design journey, she looks forward to developing her skills further and providing creative solutions to individuals, businesses, and organizations.
